The First Choice website states:

‘This hotel has the perfect family set-up, with pools, activities and a trio of restaurants, plus extras like a cinema and bowling alley. The beach is in easy reach, too.

The focus falls on the pools at this place – there’s an activity one, a quiet number with Balinese beds*, and a waterslide pool. There’s loads on dry land, too – like kids’ clubs, sports and an Aerial Adventure course.

There’s a black-sand beach 10 minutes’ walk away. Back at base, you’ve handful of restaurants, a plush spa and a packed line-up of evening entertainment’.

Treatment & help

If you have recently visited this hotel and been affected by the above mentioned symptoms, we would strongly recommend that you seek advice from your GP and request stool samples which should indicate whether you have contracted Cryptosporidium on holiday. If left untreated it can have long term effects on your health.

We would also be interested to speak with you and to learn of your experiences whilst staying at the Holiday Village in Tenerife, as we may be able to assist you in obtaining compensation from your tour operator for the illness suffered and your ruined holiday.
