Your right to get your promised holiday
The holiday company/tour operator is responsible for providing all parts of the holiday as agreed under the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 (PTR) . This means you have the right to:
- Receive the holiday at the price agreed
- Receive the holiday that you booked and/or was described to you e.g. if you book a named four-star hotel in Egypt for three weeks for specific dates, then this is what you should get
- Expect that details you are given about the holiday are in order and correct e.g. on a company website or in a holiday brochure
- Expect that your holiday accommodation and resort/hotel is safe and clean
